Joan Smalls flashed her washboard abs in a skimpy purple ʙικιɴι as she soaked up the sunshine on holiday in Tulum, Mexico on Tuesday.
The Puerto Rican model, 35, looked incredible in a strappy ʙικιɴι top and pink bottoms as she sunbathed on the sand.
After splashing about in the ocean with a pal, the TV personality displayed her sandy backside from lying on the beach.
She enjoyed plenty of activities on her fun-filled trip, including a ride on a quad bike around the island.
Joan looked exhausted after a long day in the sun as she was seen resting in the shade.
The beauty has become known for her statuesque physique, strutting the runway multiple times as a Victoria’s Secret Angel.
The former runway star previously revealed she maintains her fit frame with 45-minute workouts a day.
‘It’s mostly resistance training with my own body. I’ll do planks, I’ll do different types of sit-ups, anything that’s for my core because I have scoliosis,’ Joan told WSJ. Magazine in 2021.
‘I do a lot of glute work – kickbacks, squats, fire hydrants. Cardio, I’ll do maybe three times a week. When I was in Puerto Rico, I’d run outside because it gave me a nice view to be outdoors and running in between palm trees.
‘I haven’t done Muay Thai in over a year now, and I’m starting to miss it. I believe a girl should always be able to throw a good punch. It’s a good self-defense.’
‘I’ll do oatmeal [for breakfast],’ Joan told WSJ of her diet.
‘Other times I’ll do scrambled eggs, turkey bacon and a piece of toast, slice of avocado. Other days it’s fruit. Before I eat, I tend to drink water.’
Joan regularly takes supplements like zinc, probiotics, vitamin D, a complex of vitamin Bs, a powder called MSM [methylsulfonylmethane], and vitamin C.
The 5ft 10in catwalk queen was also asked by Emirates Women if there was anything she wanted to change about the modeling industry.
Joan admitted: ‘To have a social responsibility when deciding the message they put out to their consumers and not just do it because they are riding the wave of trends.
‘Also to have transparency in jobs/ contracts – it has become much more than just showing up.
‘There are so many variables that I think agencies should be more direct and honest in some instances.’
Back in 2013, the stunner entered Forbes magazine’s World’s Highest-Paid Models list for the first time, ranking at number eight with over $3 million in earnings.
