Like a vision of Catwoman ready for the red carpet, Cardi came prepared in a 1997 Mugler spring dress with a mesh floor-length skirt. Over the skirt, the textured bustier was layered like the panels on a knight’s armor and lined with feather trim. The outfit even comes equipped with removable sleeves — ya know, in case the need to strike a pose became critical. While the look, styled by Kollin Carter, seemed to be missing a sword, we definitely noticed the “Up” singer’s sharp black manicure, aka her Catwoman claws for the night, which made the look truly purr-fect.
